- Service fees and customization
- Standard Package Pricing: All package prices (Silver, Gold and Platinum) are listed based on standard inclusions.
- Customization and fees: Prices are subject to change depending on the client’s specific needs, backdrop designs, custom props sourcing or extended service hours. Any customized additions or requests falling outside the defined package scope will attract extra fees which will be itemized in your final quotation.
2. Content Usage and client privacy
- Content Consent Form: Prior to any event, a detailed consent form will be shared with the client regarding the usage of any captured content (photos/videos) from the event.
- Client Privacy: Unscripted moments respects our clients wishes and privacy.We will strictly adhere to the instructions outlined in the signed consent form regarding the use of your event content for our marketing or promotional purposes.
3. Booking and Payment terms
- Securing the date: To officially secure the event date, a non refundable initial deposit ( part payment) must be made. This deposit is deducted from the total balance of the initial quotation.
- Final payment: As our service provides immediate, high quality print outputs during the event, the full outstanding balance is required before the event day as stipulated in the booking agreement.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Day of event cancellation: any cancellation made on the actual day of the event will result in the client forfeiting the initial booking deposit.
- Good faith cancellation: when cancellations are made in good time, an agreement regarding deposit transferability or partial refund based on costs already incurred by unscripted moments co can be discussed and documented.
5. Events outside Lusaka
- Open to travel: Unscripted moments is happy to bring our iconic Photo Booth experience to events outside of Lusaka, across Zambia and beyond.
- Expense Coverage: for all events held outside of Lusaka, the client is required to cover all associated travel expenses, cost of transportation and decent accommodation for our setup team for the duration of the booking.
- Equipment Transit: Due to the valuable, sensitive and specialized nature of our professional grade Photo Booth equipment (DSLR camera, custom vintage wooden booth and dedicated printing station. We require that all long distance travel arrangements be made exclusively via flight. This policy ensures the safe and timely delivery of the premium equipment essential to your events sucesss.
